Certificate in Insurance (CIU)

   The (CIU) is appropriate for candidates who wish to gain a broad understanding of insurance principles, Key disciplines, and products.

Intakes: Two (2) intakes per year for each study option

·       Long module – January and July

·       Short module – March, June, and September

·       Self-study – March and September

Admission requirements

UCE certificate with a minimum of 3 passes in the old curriculum OR 3Ds in the new curriculum

Number of papers: 5 papers

Mode of delivery: Online        Programme Duration: 1 year 

Tuition fees: UGX 400,000 per paper (Excludes annual/ one-time fees

     300,000/= for the long module
