 CPD Tracking and Compliance

  • The CPD activity and outcome must be  relevant, verifiable and measurable .
  • CPD should help the one to develop and maintain capabilities that can enable one to perform competently in their professional services.

CPD accumulated outside ITC events

For ease of record keeping, members are requested to make their returns to the College as early as possible.

Note: For in-house trainings, the College SHALL immediately record and update the members’ CPD hours.

 Members are responsible for: 

  1. Retaining appropriate records and documents related to their CPD, and
  2. Providing sufficient evidence to demonstrate their compliance with the CPD Guidelines when requested to do so.

Implications of non- compliance

Individual Members

  • Failure to meet the CPD requirement will affect the renewal of ones membership.
  • For professional members, if one does not meet the CPD requirement, they will not be allowed to continue using the ITC designations.

Corporate Organizations

  • Failure for staff in key positions (CEO/GM/COO, Claims & Underwriting Managers, Marketing and Business development executives, Finance managers, Human Resource Managers)to comply will affect the Company’s renewal. ( At least 4 staff in Key positions should comply)
