The program is designed to train A-Level vacists in the field of insurance at the Certificate of Proficiency (COP) level. Its purpose is to equip participants with foundational insurance knowledge and essential soft skills, thereby enhancing their exposure to the insurance profession before they join university or enter the world of work.

This is a six-week intensive program covering key course units such as:
1. Fundamentals of Insurance
2. Life and Non-Life Insurance
3. Soft Skills Development, including ICT, public speaking, leadership, marketing, interpersonal skills, and more.

Upon completion of the six weeks of training, students are assessed and then placed in various insurance companies for hands-on industry experience.
The objectives of these placements are to:
1. Provide mentorship to participants admitted to the program.
2. Expose students to the diverse opportunities and career paths within the insurance industry.
