Kajubi Sylvia Mwebesa

Kajubi Sylvia Mwebesa serves as the Deputy Principal at the ITC supporting the Principal/CEO in steering the College toward achieving its vision and mission through strategic planning, executive leadership, policy development, and stakeholder management.

Syliva  holds a Master's degree in Management Studies with a bias in Human Resource Management from the Uganda Management Institute, a Bachelor of Science degree from Makerere University, and a Professional Diploma in Insurance qualification from the College of Insurance, Nairobi

She is an Associate member of both ITC and IIK, a member of Women In Insurance (WIN) in Uganda. Also, she serves as a member of the Senate of the Uganda Institute of Banking & Financial Services.

Before joining ITC in 2015 as the Head of Examinations, Sylvia worked with Uganda Christian University for 15 years, rising to the position of Academic Registrar, and is a strong believer in servant leadership that empowers a team to drive organizational growth and success.
