Overview
The Certificate of Proficiency, COP is the foundational course in insurance introducing the basic principles. A Subset of the Certificate in insurance, the COP is appropriate for those starting out in the insurance industry.
Target Group
1. Insurance Agents/ Financial advisors
2. Support Function Staff i.e. HR and Admin. Staff, IT officers, Accountants, Procurement officers
3. Customer care staff
4. Members of the general public who wish to gain an understanding of Insurance business
