Josephine Kiyingi
Josephine Kiyingi is an expert with an impressive 29 years of uninterrupted experience in the Ministry of Justice & Constitutional Affairs. As a Principal State Attorney in the Directorate of Civil Litigation, she plays a key role in representing the government in various legal forums, both nationally and internationally.
Josephine holds a Diploma in Legal Practice and is an Advocate of the Superior Courts of Record and all subordinate courts. With 20 years of experience in managing deceased estates as an Assistant Administrator General/Public Trustee, she has honed her expertise in civil litigation and legal management.
Her leadership skills have been demonstrated through her tenure as head of a Constitutional Affairs Regional Office in Mbarara, where she successfully led a team of six staff and delivered legal services to 28 districts in Southern and Southwestern Uganda. Josephine's dedication to upholding justice and her passion for legal excellence are evident in her work, making her an asset to our team.
